How To Become A Member Of KABİS?

If you are a rent-a-car company manager, you should provide your fixed IP address, which you will obtain from your internet service provider, along with your company's license and tax plate information, and apply to the Public Security Branch Office, Police Station Authority, or the relevant unit at the nearest police station (Provincial Directorate of the Rental Vehicle Notification System). In your application, you will be given a form to fill out, and you will need to submit the documents and your fixed IP address along with this form. After these procedures, your access information to the system will be sent to you via e-mail by law enforcement officials.

How To Use KABİS?

You can log in to the system at https://arackiralama.egm.gov.tr/ with the access information provided to you by the General Directorate of Security. After logging in, you should regularly enter this address and record the information of each rented vehicle in the system.

A unique member code is prepared for each business and transmitted to the rent-a-car company by EGM. You can access the KABİS system using this member code along with the provided password.

If you forget your KABİS password, you should notify the security forces as soon as possible and submit a new password request to the relevant unit. KABİS password renewal transactions are carried out only with a wet-signed petition.
